God’s covenant with Abraham, of which the promise of the Land was a major part, is of the same kind as Yeshua’s covenant with all of us. It is an unconditional and eternal covenant that God cut with Himself. As such, there is no party involved that can negate the terms of the covenant.

There’s one serious flaw in this man’s reasoning: the covenant is only entered into by faith in Jesus Christ.  Until Israel acknowledges Jesus as her Messiah, she shall not be partaker of the covenant blessings.  Jesus, Himself, said that Israel would not see Him until they said “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord” (Matthew 23:39). (My paraphrase.)
